Leading law firm Blandy & Blandy LLP has recently advised on the management buyout of Just Kampers for an undisclosed consideration. Blandy & Blandy acted for the new management team.

Odiham-based Just Kampers is a leading parts and accessories supplier for VW Camper vans and VW Beetles.

The business was set up by Mark Reynolds over 20 years ago, and now supplies parts to VW enthusiasts worldwide on a daily basis. Reynolds remains a director of Just Kampers, although his son Josh has taken over as managing director, and he will play a key role in the continued development of the business.

The transaction was led by David Few, partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial team at Blandy & Blandy. He was assisted by corporate associate Peter Woolley.
