Dozens of senior managers from leading companies across Hampshire attended a special breakfast briefing organised by The Windsor Group.

This inaugural event marked the launch of a new portfolio of impactful and inspiring organisational, management and personal development training courses.

The free business seminar at the Hilton Hotel, Chilworth, offered delegates the opportunity to hear Mike Rushworth, managing director of Vitacress, give a rousing presentation on the importance of investing in staff. Vivien Davies, a consultant with VIVA Associates, wrapped up the event with an interactive training workshop entitled ‘Inspirational Leadership’.
