Oxfordshire business leadership group MD2MD has announced the final line-up of expert panel speakers at LEADERFEST on Thursday September 16 at Swindon.
Divulging the secrets of their success and sharing what tips, tools, techniques and thought-processes helped and hindered them in their business success are:
Simon Biltcliffe – as CEO of Bicester-based Webmart, Simon has revolutionised the way the printing industry works and by doing so has grown it to £30 million in less than 15 years from just a £10,000 initial investment.
Mike Clare – a serial entrepreneur and probably best known as the founder of the bed store Dreams and now acknowledged as Britain’s largest and most successful bed retailer. Since stepping down as Chairman and CEO in 2008, Clare has established a number of new business ventures and supports a wide variety of charities.
Lee Rutter – has played a leading role in two management buyouts and is now a director of Volution, a heating and ventilation manufacurer employing 800 people at five UK sites with brands including Vent-Axia, Manrose and Torin-Sifan.
Caroline Marsh – since being catapulted into the media limelight on C4’s ‘Secret Millionnaire’, Marsh has become an inspiration to thousands. One of Britain’s leading property investors, Marsh is part of Platinum Property Partners – an exclusive franchise community of successful property entrepreneurs.
Rikki Hunt – with a CV as varied as they come, from fuel to fashion, including a stint as director & chairman of Swindon Football Club, his claim to fame being the youngest ever MD of a British Petroleum Company.
Compered by Clive Coleman, LEADERFEST is an exclusive business event for MDs and business leaders of companies of ten or more employees from across the Thames Valley. It is aimed at provoking and motivating business leaders to think smarter and differently about their business and inspire them to take action to improve their business.
