Reading: Boyes Turner shortlisted for Law Society Award
Boyes Turner’s business development programme has been shortlisted for the Law Society’s Excellence in Marketing & Business Development award 2011.
This is the second time that the firm has been shortlisted by the Law Society in this category – the previous time was in 2009 for its hugely successful ‘Free Range Lawyers’ advertising campaign, coupled with a highly successful recruitment agency partnering strategy.
The ‘Excellence in Marketing & Business Development’ award category recognises innovative, creative and inspiring campaigns which can be demonstrated and quantified by measurable results. The entry focussed on the firm’s web strategy as well as its direct sales program, both of which have achieved an outstanding return on investment.
Chief executive Andrew Chalkley commented: “These types of awards are important in helping us assess the effectiveness of our marketing investment. They provide a useful benchmark against competitors and over the last five years our marketing and BD initiatives have either won or been shortlisted for over 20 industry awards.
"Being shortlisted by the Law Society again confirms that they continue to be amongst the most effective in professional services and their success has played a key role in Boyes Turner being named Regional Law Firm of the Year at the Recent British Legal Awards.”
