The Oxford office of Manches LLP has recruited Robert Pinheiro as marketing manager to join Nicola Webb and Rachael Kemp in the firm's marketing and business development team.

Pinheiro’s focus will be on directing the firm’s marketing communications efforts in Oxford and Reading working alongside Rachael Kemp, marketing executive, allowing Nicola Webb, business development director, to focus on CRM and BD initiatives across the Thames Valley.

Until recently Pinheiro worked at Critchleys chartered accountants and business advisers where he headed up their marketing team. Prior to that he held a variety of marketing roles for publishing companies in Oxford, including Macmillan Education and Philip Allan Updates.

Webb said: “We are delighted to have Robert join Manches. This appointment reflects our aim to increase our market share in the region and raise our profile in Reading in particular.”
