Thames Valley: Manches appoints new housing head
Manches Thames Valley has announced the promotion of Charlotte D’Avola to head of the firm’s Housing and Regeneration group.
Manches’ Housing and Regeneration group acts for a large number of housing providers in the South East and beyond. It is ranked in the top tier by leading legal directory, Chambers and Partners UK, which recently stated: “The firm’s well-regarded housing team advises its many housing association clients on loans, securitisation, governance and site acquisition and development. Clients include LHA-ASRA Group, Sovereign Housing Group and Thames Valley Housing Association”.
Richard Smith, managing partner of Manches’ Thames Valley practice, commented: “Charlotte brings real energy and passion to the sector and is praised for her enthusiasm and responsiveness when dealing with clients”.
