Stokenchurch: ProspectSoft wins work placement award

17 Feb 2010

Growing software company gains award for best SME.

ProspectSoft, a rapidly growing software company based in Buckinghamshire, has been awarded the Best Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, by RateMyPlacement at The National Placement & Internship Awards 2010.

The award recognises the quality of work experience opportunities offered by the company for undergraduate students.

The National Placement & Internship Awards ceremony was held at Oxford Brookes University, and acknowledged by the top UK universities and leading recruiters who support the provision of work experience for undergraduates.

The RateMyPlacement judging panel based the ProspectSoft win on consistent positive reviews submitted on the website from previous student employees.

On the day, ProspectSoft was also sponsor of the Best University or Careers Service award, which went to Brunel University.

Andrew Ardron, managing director of ProspectSoft, said: “We are delighted to collect the Best Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Award, but this is more than just recognition and a pat on the back for us, given we put a huge amount of time and effort into placement recruitment and is key to our overall business strategy.”

The ProspectSoft placement scheme has been running for eight years, recruiting an increasing number of students across both the sales and marketing departments as well as in software development.

ProspectSoft says it takes great pride in ensuring that students are given a wide array of responsibility and opportunities which are important to the company’s overall performance.

ProspectSoft provides CRM and website management solutions aimed at widely different types and sizes of organizations. The company has experienced a 300% expansion in the company since the start of the millennium, by developing powerful products that enable businesses to grow, despite the economic conditions.
