Blandford: Myddelton & Major reports exceptional demand at new business centres
Myddelton & Major reports that the latest phases at Glenmore Business Park of 11 units in Blocks E and F, ranging from 1,355 sq ft to 1,420 sq ft, and units at the adjoining Blandford Trade Park are being snapped up off plan, well before construction ends.
The units at Glenmore Business Park offer industrial, warehouse and trade-counter space and the opportunity to add offices.
Dean Speer, partner at Myddelton & Major which is marketing the site jointly with Goadsby and Symonds & Sampson, said: “The highly prominent site’s location speaks for itself as we have already pre-let six units and there is just one unit remaining at Blandford Trade Park.”
Glenmore Business Park is being developed by London-based investment and development company Glenmore Commercial Estates which has been behind many similar developments across southern England.
The land immediately adjacent has been sold to Lidl which has submitted a planning application to build a 27,000 sq ft supermarket which is expected to be open by summer 2017.
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2015 for the fourth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
