Bucks and Guildford: Penningtons Manches advises on sale of Wainwright Associates to Yes Pharma Services
Buckinghamshire-based Wainwright Associates, a leading UK-based consultancy specialising in EU regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance, has merged with YES Pharma Services, a knowledge-based service provider in the pharmaceutical, medical device and cosmetics sector. YES acquired 100% of the share capital of Wainwright Associates.
A multi-disciplinary corporate, employment and real estate team from Pennington Manches acted for Chris and Penny Wainwright, the selling shareholders of Wainwright Associates. Guildford corporate partner Julian Harvey led the team that comprised employment partner Mike Cole and Bryan Park, Clare Coley, Conor Geoghegan and Sam Davies.
Mike O’Connor and Mary Edwards from BCMS Corporate were lead advisors to the shareholders in relation to the marketing and ultimate sale of Wainwright Associates.
