Dorset: Steele Raymond advises on investment in fast-growing juice brand Press London
Commercial law firm Steele Raymond LLP has advised Bournemouth-based private equity specialist the Clark Group on its latest equity investment in exclusive cold-pressed juice brand Press London.
Founded by Georgie Reames and Ed Foy, Press London boasts a series of cold-pressed juice bars in London, including Soho, Kensington and a concession in Selfridges, aimed at providing consumers with the goodness of carefully balanced fresh fruit and vegetable recipes, in a quick and convenient format.
The investment from Clark Group will enable Press London to maintain its impressive track record of growth and bring its products to a wider audience.
Steele Raymond’s top tier commercial team supported the deal with its specialist expertise in Enterprise Investment Schemes (EIS) - designed to help companies raise equity finance by offering tax reliefs to individual investors who purchase new shares in those companies. The transaction was led by company and commercial partner Nick Davies.
