Fareham: Taylor Made achieves international security accreditation

With cyber-attacks continuing to blight even some of the UK’s biggest companies, Fareham-based IT service provider Taylor Made Computer Solutions has gained the coveted ISO 27001 Information Security Management System accreditation from Alcumus – ISOQAR. This guarantees that the information the firm holds for itself and for its clients is kept to the highest-recognised international standards.

The Alcumus kite mark is only awarded to organisations which live up to its stringent international standard for establishing, maintaining and continually improving information security. To achieve it, Taylor Made underwent rigorous assessments over the course of a year. During this time the firm researched and implemented the very latest information security policies and trained its 120-strong workforce in the ISO27001 standard. The meticulous process culminated in a four-day audit performed by auditors from the Alcumus – ISOQAR group which Taylor Made passed with flying colours.
