Godalming: The Book People moves to Salisbury House

The Book People, advised by Savills, has acquired and will occupy the entire 12,748 sq ft office space of Salisbury House at Weyside Park in Godalming from a private landlord on a new 10-year lease.Alys Holland, associate in the south-east office agency team at Savills, commented: “Salisbury House offers high quality office accommodation in a strong Thames Valley location. This is the ideal place for The Book Company as they look to improve the efficiency of the business by taking more conventional space.”
The private landlord was represented by Kingstons.
