In business, we all want to succeed. But at what point does the price become too high?
It is well known that some of the unique skills needed to be successful in business includes dogged determination, the ability to take risks, persuasiveness, focus, persistence, an element of ego, self-discipline and belief. What perhaps is less well known is that many of these traits also mirror those with a tendency toward obsessive compulsive behaviours, workaholism, alcohol, drug use, gambling, relationship or difficulties with sex, burn out and addictions.
