The Henley Business School will be holding its sixth talk in the successful ‘Talks on Enterprise Development’ series on Wednesday October 12, from 6pm-9pm. The topic will be ‘Survival and growth using re-invention’ and the speaker Sean Taylor, CEO of Redwood Technologies Group, an award-winning company which develops telecommunication systems and software helping organisations to improve their communications and performance.

Taylor will talk about the business journey and how his company has needed to re-invent itself, initially to survive and then to maximise market opportunities.

Taylor co-founded the first of the Redwood Technologies Group companies in 1993 with £20,000. The organisation provides specialised multi-channel communications solutions to hundreds of large enterprises in tens of countries. Today it is valued at over £70 million. Everything has been achieved through organic growth and with no external investment.

Redwood Technologies has been recognised by various organisations such as the CBI for its innovation. In 2014 it topped The Business Magazine's Thames Valley SME 100.

The event will be sponsored by James Cowper Kreston and the Thames Valley Business Growth Hub. It is free and places can be booked here.
