Henley-on-Thames: HMT expands team with strategic appointments

Corporate finance, audit and tax specialist HMT has appointed Peter Wear and Richard Speak as associate directors, joining the firm's award-winning transaction support and corporate finance teams respectively. 

Wear brings a broad and diverse breadth of experience, both in a Big 4 environment with PwC, and also on the other side of the fence as financial director of a notable SME.

Likewise, Speak spent time at Ernst & Young and BDO before joining cross-border corporate finance boutique Pall Mall Capital, where he worked on various prominent transactions across Europe.

HMT also recently promoted Paul Read to the position of director. Read is a due diligence specialist and has led countless assignments for both VCs and banks, delivering timely, in-depth advice that have been described as "invaluable" and "first class".
