Oxford: CubanEight partners with Selligent and strengthens team
CubanEight, the Oxford-based PR company, has partnered with Selligent, whose one-to-one relationship-marketing solutions enable brands including Samsung, InterContinental Hotels and ING to engage customers with contextually relevant messages at key moments across a range of channels, including email, mobile, social, web, and offline. CubanEight has in consequence strengthened its senior team.
CubanEight’s UK campaign for Selligent will focus on building trust and credibility, rising brand awareness and supporting sales leads. The Selligent team will be led by Annabel Parkinson-Lee, account director.
Christopher Baldwin head of UK marketing at Selligent, said: “We were keen to partner with a creative PR agency which would support our growth. The UK is a key market for us and CubanEight’s understanding and knowledge of the marketing technology and business audience was a big driver in our decision to work with them.”
CubanEight has accordingly strengthened its team with the appointment of Heather Power as associate director and Jonathan Lenz as account director. Power joins CubanEight from senior roles at Kapler and prior to that at Haslimann Taylor/Grayling where she worked for eight years managing consumer and B2B clients like Taylor Wimpey, Aggregate Industries, and Toby Carvery. Lenz has over seven years PR experience and joins CubanEight from Beattie Communications where he spent five-and-a-half years leading major accounts including Tesco, Specsavers and GSK as well as a raft of B2B and tech accounts including Aramark and Eagle Eye Solutions.
Sian Gaskell, managing director of CubanEight, commented: “It has been a strong year so far for CubanEight, adding new clients to our roster and expanding the team.”
Selligent works with 700 brands in 30 countries worldwide, employing 500 people across 10 offices around the globe.
