Oxford: Five promoted at Carter Jonas
National property consultancy Carter Jonas has made 39 promotions as part of its growth strategy, Vision 2020, of which five were in its Oxford office.
Simon Mole in the infrastructures team, who has 11 years’ experience advising across transport, infrastructure and regeneration schemes, has been promoted to salaried partner.
Chris Willett, an architect specialising in listed buildings and high-quality residential projects for private clients, has become an associate partner.
Three people have been promoted to associate level: Juliana Markeson, a stalwart in Oxfordshire’s residential property market dealing with all sorts of properties from studio flats to country houses; Christopher Rhodes, a rural surveyor in the well-respected 12-strong rural team, who advises on estate management and asset valuations for private clients, finance providers and institutions; and Kevin Ayrton in the planning team, who specialises in the preparation of planning applications and appeals, with specific experience in historic countryside estates, renewable energy schemes, educational sites and business parks.
Mark Charter, partner and head of Carter Jonas’ Oxford office, said: “All five have our wholehearted congratulations. They are shining examples of the many skills and talent that we have across our Oxford office which now totals more than 80 people. These promotions enhance our business as we continue to give our clients the very best possible expert property advice.”
