Oxford: Healthcare consultancy expands into new offices
Health science communications consultancy Oxford PharmaGenesis has expanded its operations after taking office space in Oxford city centre.
The company, which advises over 50 healthcare organisations including pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions, has taken an assignment of two leases held at Baldwin & Chamberlain House, two adjoining buildings in St Aldates Courtyard.
Both leases expire in September 2018, and the buildings are arranged on ground and two upper floors, spanning just under 6,500 sq ft of space . The company was previously located in serviced offices in Cornmarket Street.
Founded in 1998, Oxford PharmaGenesis is an independently-owned consultancy in a sector increasingly populated by corporate communications conglomerates. Employing around 200 dedicated HealthScience experts it now has five offices in Oxford, London, Philadelphia, Cardiff and Basel.
“It is great news that our continued success has enabled us to open an office in central Oxford,” said Andy Sheridan, communications director. “Adding this location to London, Cardiff, Basel, Philadelphia and our rural Oxfordshire headquarters will help us to attract and retain the best talent available – the people who will continue to make Oxford PharmaGenesis a rewarding place to be.”
Property consultancy Bidwells acted on behalf of the outgoing tenant while NJ Commercial acted on behalf of Oxford PharmaGenesis.
