Leading Portsmouth legal firm Verisona Law has strengthened its commercial property & development team with the appointment of solicitor Amy Stamp. She will work with eight other members of the expanding team from the firm's Waterlooville offices.

She said: "The work is really interesting, the clients are great to work with, and Portsmouth and its surrounds thrive on property development. There is ever-increasing opportunity as our reputation grows. I feel very fortunate to be part of it."

Stamp studied for her degree in Law & Business at the University of Portsmouth Business School, becoming an active member of its Law Society, and proceeded to achieve distinction for an advanced property elective she took during her LPC course at Guildford College of Law.

After she completed her education in 2012, she won a training contract at Southampton law firm Lamport Bassitt.
