Slough: SEGRO leases speculative unit to All Print Supplies
SEGRO plc has let a speculatively-developed unit at the Slough Trading Estate to long-term existing customer All Print Supplies. The company is relocating to 7B Fairlie Road increasing its occupancy at the Slough Trading Estate to 31,270 sq ft.
Paul Lewis, regional director for the Thames Valley at SEGRO, said: “The Slough Trading Estate is a fantastic location for any business in the Thames Valley that is looking for high-quality, flexible accommodation. The latest deal with All Print Supplies is testament to the interest we are seeing in the occupier market and we are delighted to have let the building so soon after completion.”
All Print Supplies has been on the Slough Trading Estate for nearly 30 years and this is its fourth premises. MD Kevin Wallace had looked at other options of where to locate, but decided to stay with SEGRO. He said: “SEGRO is very fair minded and easy to deal with. They managed the fit-out works which meant minimum distraction for our management team who could continue to focus on growing our business.”
7B Fairlie Road has photo-voltaic panels on the roof that have the potential to generate 120,000kw per year. This means it can be virtually independent of the grid and will be carbon-neutral in terms of energy requirements.
