South Coast: LSH named winner of property deals award
Commercial property specialists at Lambert Smith Hampton are celebrating being named regional winners in a prestigious awards in the sector. LSH, which has offices in Southampton, Fareham and Winchester, has been announced as overall winner for the South East in the EGi Deals Competition, run by Estates Gazette.
The South Coast team played their part in the firm topping the tables, having transacted the most deals for office, industrial and investment across the South East region (outside London).
It comes on the back of a number of award successes for the South Coast team.
The team also led EGi’s M27 Corridor League Table, securing 48 deals, and LSH was named the Most Active Agency in Hampshire.
The office agency team transacted more deals and more floor space than all other agents in the South Coast region.
Meanwhile, of nearly 2 million sq ft of industrial property transactions last year, the South Coast offices of Lambert Smith Hampton was involved in two-thirds.
Last year the Business Space team of LSH was also awarded the trophy, Most Active National Agent in Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire for the 10th consecutive year.
Guy Jackson, a senior surveyor based in the Fareham office, received a personal accolade as he was named EGi’s top dealmaker title for the region.
The team in the south also enjoyed significant success in the 2016 South Coast Property Awards, where LSH won the Industrial & Logistics Property Consultancy Award in recognition of the value and volume of its transactions, and was also named the top Property Consultancy for Client Service.
Graham Holland, head of the South Coast for Lambert Smith Hampton, was awarded a lifetime achiever’s award for his outstanding contribution to the sector and promoting the south coast as a great place to do business.
