Southampton: Clarke Willmott recruits commercial property partner

Law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has strengthened its Southampton office with the recruitment of new partner Joe Campbell, who has joined the firm as a partner in the commercial property team. He specialises in commercial landlord and tenant, commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposal, secured lending and corporate and insolvency property support.

Campbell’s expertise includes working for a range of clients from individuals to SMEs and plcs in both leasehold and freehold transactions and acting for a number of high-street lenders in commercial property finance and re-finance. Campbell also has experience of negotiating and advising upon heads of terms, options, leases, variations, surrenders and renewals.

Campbell qualified as a solicitor in May 2003 and, prior to joining Clarke Willmott, worked for a number of years at local and regional firms on the South Coast and in the West Midlands.
