Southampton: Moore Blatch adds to real-estate disputes team
Southampton law firm Moore Blatch, which also has offices in Lymington, the City of London and Richmond, has appointed Chris Marsden as a partner specialising in dispute resolution and real-estate disputes.
Marsden moves from Southampton and Bournemouth-based solicitors Lester Aldridge where he previously acted for a broad range of clients including developers, property institutions, financial institutions, hoteliers and insolvency practitioners. Prior to Lester Aldridge he spent five years at City firm Berwin Leighton Paisner.
Marsden has substantial experience advising on high-value and complex disputes involving release renewals, claims relating to breach of contract and real-estate related insolvency issues.
He is also a member of the Property Litigation Association, member of the Bournemouth Property Association and a solicitor advocate.
Mark Osgood, partner and head of asset recovery, said: “Chris’ breadth of experience will bolster our already strong team as we continue to grow our work in dispute resolution across the South of England.”
