The Lawyer revealed that only a quarter of all partners in the UK’s top 200 law firms are female, while the SRA’s data from across England and Wales showed that 33% of all partners are women.
In comparison, 40% of Pitmans Law partnership is made up of women.
Pitmans’ results also showed that female representation in all other fee-earner roles is 16% higher than other firms on average, with a majority of 63%.

We believe that diversity and gender equality are vital to foster the growth of our business because diversity breeds innovation.”
Pitmans’ results for age distribution and ethnicity are also in line with those found in the SRA survey.
