Wantage: Accountancy firm Inca expands with five recruits and new office
Specialist small business accountancy firm Inca is rapidly expanding with the appointment of five new team members and a new office, which will help the firm double in size as it aims to become a £1 million practice by 2020.
Based at the Cobweb Buildings in Lyford, near Wantage, Inca has signed a flexible lease agreement for an additional 1,000 sq. ft, in an adjacent building, doubling its current office space to accommodate the firm’s expansion plans.
Inca’s co-founder, Graham Carson, said: “The new building will be ready at the right time as with our five new team members we will soon be bursting at the seams! We are currently undertaking refurbishment works to connect our two buildings and completely fit it out to include a social area, shower and picnic facility. It’s important to us that our growing team can make the most of our rural location at lunchtimes.”
Inca’s new appointments include Bethan Ellis, administrator, Amy Russell, sales administrator, Michaela Been, payroll administrator, and Rachel Cook and Josephine Druce as assistant accountants. This takes Inca’s total team to 14.
Russell said: “I’m delighted to join the Inca team at such an exciting time and am pleased to be playing a part in helping the team to achieve our goal of becoming a £1 million practice by 2020. I’m also looking forward to lunchtime picnics or bike rides when the new building is ready!”
Inca was founded by husband and wife team, Graham and Lesley Carson nearly 13 years ago, and they have developed a range of services to ensure small business owners are equipped to handle the challenges of successfully growing a business.
The new office building will open in towards the end of 2015.
