Whiteley: Law firm recognised as 'best for conveyancing'

Whiteley-based law firm Lawcomm Solicitors has been shortlisted for the Best Law Firm for Conveyancing award in the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2017. The national awards recognise organisations in multiple categories that provide first-time buyers with high-quality services and products. 

Lawcomm Solicitors has a dedicated team assisting first-time buyers with their home purchase requirements and already work with housing developers and housing associations on a national and regional basis.

Managing director Bill Dhariwal commented: "I am delighted that the work of our hard working conveyancing department has been recognised nationally. We have been assisting first-time buyers with their conveyancing needs including shared ownership and new build purchases since our formation in 1999.

"The judging panel was provided with details of our sector experience including our familiarity with government initiatives such as the Help to Buy scheme as well as our jargon free literature explaining the house buying process. We were also able to demonstrate our use of technology to assist first-time buyers including our digital welcome packs and electronic case tracking portal. 

"The first-time buyer market is resurgent and the government has announced ambitious building targets. We intend to continue to be one of the leading law firms serving this sector.

Awards in all of the categories will be announced at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel in London on April 21 after a voting period ending on April 10.
