Windsor-based property consultancy Campsie has completed the acquisition of Deriaz Slater, in Marlow, for an undisclosed fee, as it pushes to expand the reach of its commercial and residential property services throughout the Thames Valley.

The new business will be rebranded as Deriaz Campsie, with Deriaz Slater’s founder, Paul Deriaz, remaining on as a consultant and each business’ existing teams being retained under the new name.

Wholly-owned by law and block management firm Integrity Property Management, the expanded business will allow the full suite of its service to be provided by its businesses throughout the Thames Valley, London and the South East, offering block and estate management, residential building surveying services, commercial lettings and sales agency, service charge consultancy services. As the only law firm regulated by ARMA-Q (Association of Registered Property Managers) as a registered property management business, Integrity is also able to provide a range of qualified property-related legal services, to be delivered through Deriaz Campsie’s offices in Windsor and Marlow.

Matthew Young, CEO of Integrity, said: “Our aim is to be a disruptive force in block management, by not only changing the perception of block management companies, but by creating a multi-discipline property business that has legal services at its heart. Deriaz Slater and Campsie are two businesses that complement each other perfectly and as a combined force the business will be able to cover large swathes of the Thames Valley.

“We are delighted that Paul will be staying on with the business to help take Deriaz Campsie forward and look forward to working with him and his team to ensure the quality of service remains at the same high standard their clients have come to expect.”

Established in 1985, Deriaz Slater turned over £500,000 in the year to September 2016, with Campsie, which has been in business for over 40 years, turning over more than £600,000 in the same period. Integrity took ownership of Campsie in March 2016 as the start of a planned expansion drive.
