Wokingham: Strategic acquisition secures Xeretec’s position in managed print

Xeretec, based in Wokingham and one of the largest suppliers and integrators of digital print hardware, software, solutions and service in the UK and Ireland, has acquired the managed print and printer supply part of First Choice Business Systems, the Kent-based print and document management solutions provider.

The acquisition, which will benefit both companies’ customers, unites two highly successful Xerox suppliers and further secures Xeretec’s position as Xerox’s largest reseller in Western Europe in terms of scale, managed print services and large production equipment sales.

Founded in 1994, First Choice Group provides business solutions that enable its clients to gain a competitive edge. As an authorised Xerox Concessionaire, First Choice Business Systems supplies print solutions for office and print production environments.
