Aylesbury: Parrott & Coales expands to support local business needs

Law firm Parrott & Coales LLP has appointed Nick Hedges as business consultant and Stephen Carew as senior solicitor in commercial property, to support the rise in demand for its services.

Tapping into Hedges' business acumen and 30 years' experience as a solicitor, the Aylesbury-based firm, which offers commercial and private client services, will develop and grow its range of legal offerings for businesses.

Hedges not only has insight into running a business, having had his own printing company in London, but also has years of experience in developing commercial services.

Carew will also join the firm's property team, bringing 16 years' experience in commercial and residential property law. He has represented organisations large and small across a variety of sectors including a national hotel group and major high street banks.

His role will be to expand the firm's commercial property services and to provide legal counsel on areas such as the sale and purchase of premises and land, the transfer of leases and sub-lettings, licences, investment, planning, environment issues and secured lending.
