A Gift From The Gods, a successful retail brand specialising in female fashion, accessories and gifts, has selected Berkshire-based award-winning ecommerce agency Metakinetic as its new marketplace management provider.

The brand was born at the height of the 90s dance scene, and today A Gift From The Gods is still dedicated to making each and every customer feel like a goddess. Full service agency Metakinetic will provide the brand with multi-channel marketplace management after a highly-competitive pitching process.

The project will be managed by Metakinetic’s team of digital marketing specialists, and will involve data integration with channel marketing software solution Lengow to allow greater product visibility across a wide variety of channels.

Brand founder Jane Reucroft remarked: "I was impressed by Metakinetic’s clear understanding of the project, their knowledge of the marketplaces and their willingness to cater to our specific requirements, with the flexibility to evolve their service in line with the needs of the business. It was important to find a partner to work with the brand on a long-term basis."

Darren Bull, director of Metakinetic, commented: "We are absolutely delighted to have been appointed by A Gift From The Gods. Multi-channel commerce continues to be a key focus for many online retailers who are choosing to outsource in order to concentrate their efforts on the improvement of the brand. We are committed to providing A Gift From The Gods with a genuinely effective management solution that will improve their ROI and also increase customer conversion. We are excited to develop our business relationship, and look forward to improving on the brand’s current ecommerce success."

A Gift From The Gods joins Metakinetic’s extensive repertoire of retail clients that includes Hingstons, Soho’s, 118 Golf, Less Bounce, Andertons Music Group, Laverstoke Park and Daily Mail Shop.
