Bournemouth: Micro Nav moves to accommodate rapidly-growing team
In a year that marks the 25th anniversary of Bournemouth-based simulation specialist Micro Nav (MNL), the company’s continued growth has prompted a move to larger premises.
The new premises at Seabourne Road, Southbourne, have been totally refurbished and the interior design arranged to accommodate the 100 plus members of the MNL team, with additional space to cover future planned growth.
Mike Male, founder and managing director, said: “At Micro Nav we believe that our friendly, flexible approach to customers' needs and continuous efforts to improve our product have resulted in our retention of a large and diverse customer base. This has enabled us to grow the team by over 300% in the past five years and we will continue to grow to meet the demands of the business.”
Micro Nav delivers and supports air traffic control simulation and training systems in over 25 countries with more than 60 users around the world, including major civil and military authorities.
"Our reputation within the ATC (Air Traffic Control) industry is unrivalled and we enjoy a high level of requests to bid on new prospects," said Male.
