Avro Business Park in Christchurch is now complete and ready for occupation. It consists of 14 brand new business units and two fully-refurbished units and offers accommodation available from 1,242 sq ft up to 8,889 sq ft, says Goadsby and Sibbett Gregory, on behalf of Birchmere Group.
A further detached 3,120 sq ft business unit is yet to be built at the front of the scheme.
The business park is located on Mosquito Way which is accessed off the A337 which connects to the A35 Christchurch bypass/Lyndhurst Road.
Each unit has an electric roller shutter loading door, three-phase electricity, gas, telecom and allocated parking spaces. The rents range from £8 per sq ft up to £9.25 per sq ft per annum exclusive and the eaves heights range from 5.1m to 5.45m.
