Deal Description: Harriet Jones, Partner in IBB’s Corporate Commercial team, led the IBB team advising Haes Systems Ltd on the acquisition of international distributor International Safety Technology Limited (IST). As a leading manufacturer of fire control panels and alarm products, the acquisition of IST enables Haes to sell those UK-manufactured products in new distribution channels, fuelling their international expansion plans.
