Details: Law Firm Moorcrofts’ corporate team has advised the Conduit Mead Company Limited (“Conduit Mead”) on the multi-million-pound corporate reorganisation of its various business interests and assets. The reorganisation now provides the shareholders with separate trading, investment, property management and venturing divisions.
Corporate Finance Advisers: Conduit Mead was also advised on the transaction by the RSM tax accountancy and restructuring teams.
Legal Advisers: The Moorcrofts team advising was led by Corporate Partner Teri Hunter and Senior Associate Will Pearce.
