Dorset: Humphries Kirk appoints new senior partner
Leading Dorset and Somerset law firm Humphries Kirk has appointed a new senior partner and promoted four of its staff members for the new financial year.
Katharine Jones has been appointed senior partner of the firm. Specialising in all aspects of commercial and residential property, Jones’ expertise is in landlord and tenant law. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s marketing and business development, as well as recently being appointed the under sheriff of Dorset for the seventh year in a row.
Michelle Dixon has been promoted to be a partner of the firm. Based in the Poole office, Dixon is a solicitor specialising in construction law, advising individuals and businesses on contentious and non-contentious construction and property related disputes.
Rebecca Keeshan has been promoted to become an associate. A solicitor working in the Swanage office, she qualified in 2002 with a focus on real estate law. At Humphries Kirk, Keeshan practises all aspects of commercial property.
Claire Colborne and Debbie Roper are both chartered legal executives and have both been promoted to become associates of Humphries Kirk.
