Egham: Managerial changes at Sketch Studios
Sketch Studios, the commercial furniture specialist, has restructured its management line-up while remaining under the Fourfront umbrella and continuing to operate as a standalone business. Jon Odey has been promoted to managing director, replacing Justin Bass who has become the group’s director of special projects.
Ian Shepherd joins the Sketch team from Changing Environments as head of logistics, and will work alongside the management team in running the logistics and warehousing division. Beth Harrison, who was corporate accounts manager has been promoted to head of sales. Sally Rice has been promoted to head of operations; Lee Horsman has been promoted to head of design; and Neil Edmundson, who runs the moves and relocation division, also joins the new Sketch management team.
Odey commented: “Sketch has developed rapidly over the past few years and restructuring the team reflects our success. As a direct result of this growth, we have just moved into our new offices in London Bridge. What’s more, we have recently been named number 11 on the ‘Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’ list’. I am thrilled and excited to take on my new challenge.”
Sketch recently received a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) CPD accreditation. Other businesses within the Fourfront group are Area Sq, Cube Interior Solutions and 360 Workplace.
