Fareham: Accountancy firm Compass appoints new directors
Compass Accountants, the chartered accountancy practice based in Fareham, has appointed two new directors to its team, to lead the continued growth and on-going development of the business.
Stuart Lawrance and Kerry Daly - previously client relationship managers with the organisation – have joined the board of directors and will be tasked with moving the business forward, driving it into further expansion.
Having been a staff member at Compass Accountants for over 27 years, Lawrance first joined the company after leaving college. He now steps up to the role of finance director, where he will be responsible for Compass’ internal finances as well as managing his current portfolio of clients.
Daly, who has worked with Compass for over five years, has also worked in the accountancy profession for her whole working career and now, as a company director, will be responsible for internal staff, office compliance and continuing to manage her portfolio of valued clients.
Jeff Walton, founder of Compass, explained: “Kerry and Stuart are such assets to this organisation. Both of them have great commitment, passion and experience and are vital to the business and its on-going success.”
The changes mark the beginning of a new period of growth for Compass Accountants. For over thirty years, the company has worked with a growing number of clients in various sectors including local owner managed businesses, charities, schools and health care organisations- helping them to make savings, increase profit and retain wealth.
