Guildford: Law firm makes senior appointment as office expands
Law firm DMH Stallard has made another senior appointment at its rapidly expanding Guildford office. Sara McGrigor joins the private client team as a senior associate and is well known in Surrey having previously worked at Hart Brown in Guildford, Cranleigh and Godalming.
McGrigor has also lived locally with her family for many years and is looking forward to building on the close relationship the firm enjoys with residents in the area.
McGrigor said: “With DMH Stallard growing so quickly in Guildford it is a very exciting time for me to join the firm.
“I have got to know so many local people through my work over the last 10 years and am sure that this local knowledge will stand me in good stead in my new position.”
McGrigor qualified in 2005 and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners. Her practice focuses on wills, estate planning, estate administration and trust administration. Her estate administration experience ranges from the straightforward to complex high net worth estates, including those with assets in multiple jurisdictions and issues of domicile.
Jonathan Compton, partner at DMH Stallard, said: “We are actively recruiting the highest-calibre solicitors and Sara is certainly someone who possesses the intellectual strength and practical experience we are looking for.
“There will be more high level appointments at the Guildford office announced in the coming months that are integral to our on-going expansion plans in the county.”
