South-Coast law firm Churchers Solicitor has promoted three members of staff as the firm continues to grow and expand across its six Hampshire offices.
Leesa Clemow has been promoted to partner, Sarah Hallett to senior solicitor and Claire Duffy to associate.
Clemow joined the firm in 1998 and specialises in family law. She has continuously contributed to the overall business development with further expertise in divorce and cohabitation cases.
Clemow said: ”I have been employed by Churchers for over 21 years so it is an honour to be promoted to partner. Churchers have supported me with flexible working hours while my children were young which helped me to get a great work-life balance and be able to thrive at work (and home).
“The firm is going from strength-to-strength and I look forward to continuing to be a part of such a fantastic team.”
Hallett joined the firm in 2013 as a trainee and qualifying in 2015. She now undertakes all aspects of work within the Criminal Department including representation at the police station and advocacy at the Magistrates Court. Sarah is also an accredited member of the Duty Solicitor Scheme.
At the Cosham office, Clare Duffy is a member of the child law team. She joined Churchers in 2013, having qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Duffy has shown great dedication to the firm in recent years and is a qualified member of the Children’s Panel.
Managing partner Ian Robinson added: “2018 was a great year for Churchers with various achievements and awards. I’m delighted to have given promotions to these very talented members of staff and look forward to the future development of the firm.”
