Heathrow: Airport chooses Owen White for legal panel
Slough-based law firm Owen White Solicitors has been appointed to the Heathrow legal panel.
Most departments in the firm, which was formed as a partnership in 1988, will be involved including property, corporate, commercial, employment and litigation.
Owen White will be joined on the seven-strong panel by Allen and Overy, BCLP (Berwin Leighton), Evershed Sutherland, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Pinsent Masons and Towerhouse LLP.
Head of property disputes Caroline Cowley, relationship director for the project, pictured below, said: "This is great news for Owen White. Our appointment is a huge testament to our skills across the board. We have begun work already and look forward to working with our new colleagues on the Heathrow panel."
Chief of staff and general counsel Carol Hui said: "It was a very competitive process and we selected the firms that really had an appreciation of Heathrow as an organisation and understood what our pressure points and priorities are. We’re a multifaceted company and the firms appointed were particularly sensitive to our requirements. We look forward to partnering with these law firms who have been chosen for their strength and breadth of experience and who will support us during this exciting period for our airport."
