Hedge End: Two HQ buildings on market at Berrywood Business Village

Savills has been appointed by the owners of Berrywood Business Village to let two small headquarters office buildings on the established estate, located just off Junction 7 of the M27 at Hedge End, Southampton.

Unit 1 provides 1,289 sq ft of space alongside seven car spaces and is available at an annual rent of £24,500.
