Henley-on-Thames: Spratley architects opens new office in Bristol
Henley-on-Thames based architecture practice Spratley & Partners has expanded to open a new office in Bristol.
The firm, whose recent projects include the eagerly-awaited luxury hotel Heckfield Place in Hampshire and the highest yielding office spaces in Central London, has announced its presence in the South-West region.
The new office, located in a Grade II listed building on Orchard Street at the west of the ‘Old City’, will provide a base for pursuing new business opportunities in the area, where growth in professional services is outstripping that of other UK regions outside London.
Associate director Chris Kelly, who will head the new office, said: “We are so pleased to see our plans for expansion realised. The directors have been discussing a branch in Bristol for some time, and we have been closely monitoring the growth rate of the region and successes of our partners in other areas of the construction sector. We are looking forward to bringing our strong commercial knowledge and design capabilities to new projects across the South-West.”
