Henley-on-Thames: Blandy strengthens probate, tax and trusts team
Solicitors firm Blandy & Blandy LLP, which has an office at 12 Hart Street, Henley-on-Thames, has welcomed newly qualified solicitor Laura Evans to its probate, tax & trusts team.
Evans joined the firm as a legal assistant in 2015, from a law firm in Marlow, and became a trainee solicitor in 2016.
Based in Henley, Evans will work closely with experienced senior solicitor Louise Nelson, who re-joined the firm from Shoosmiths in 2017, having also trained at the firm and qualified in 1995.
Evans said: “I am really looking forward to working in Henley and to meeting new and existing clients in and around the town.”
Joint managing partner and team head Jonathan Gater added: “We are very pleased to welcome Laura to our growing team in Henley, which continues to go from strength to strength, complementing our already large team based in Reading who will continue to also work out of the Henley office to meet client requirements.”
• A small number of places are still available at Blandy & Blandy’s commercial property seminar, taking place at Reading Town Hall on April 26.
Alongside members of the team, the firm will welcome guest speakers from Batcheller Monkhouse chartered surveyors and Vital Property Solutions. Topics include Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) and telecommunications leases, alongside an update on case law.
Registration is at 5pm, with the event starting at 5.30pm. Networking and drinks will follow at 6.45pm.
