Mint Velvet, advised by Savills, has acquired a new head office at St John’s Place, on Easton Street, High Wycombe from Columbia Threadneedle.
The High Wycombe-based women’s fashion retailer has agreed to a new 10-year lease for 16,184 sq ft set across the lower ground, ground and first floor of the four-storey office building. Mint Velvet agreed to pay a headline rent of £25.50 per sq ft for the newly refurbished building.
Stuart Grant, chief operating officer of Mint Velvet, commented: “The new head office at St John’s Place will ensure we maintain our presence in High Wycombe, close to the train station, as well as offering a fabulous new work place for us to retain and attract our creative workforce.”
