This award focuses on businesses that have demonstrated a clear vision for the development of their staff, systems, products or services throughout the year. The award recognises commercial success but also how management’s vision has been achieved through its people, the development of new products, M&A strategies and/or capitalisation of new funding, technological or commercial opportunities.
