Newbury: Gardner Leader seals deal for new Rick Stein restaurant

Gardner Leader, the Newbury-based solicitors, has played an important part in plans to open a new Rick Stein restaurant in Marlborough.

The restaurant, in Lloran House on Marlborough High Street, was recently given the green light by Wiltshire Council planning department.  Gardner Leader has been handling the grant for the commercial lease for the building after Rick Stein's company approached its client, Munro Properties.
