Oxfordshire: Andrew Woods appointed MD of Spratt Endicott
Oxfordshire law firm Spratt Endicott has appointed a new managing director, as its former MD stands down after 16 years at the helm.
Andrew Woods has been appointed managing director and is set to continue the work of David Endicott, whose leadership over the course of 16 years has seen the firm develop into a team of more than 140, spread across four offices in three counties; Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, while the firm has also been recognised for its expertise in The Legal 500, the comprehensive guide to recommended lawyers.
Woods, who has been with Spratt Endicott since its formation in 2002, has played an instrumental part in the growth and development of the firm in the intervening period. In his position as head of commercial property, a position he’ll retain alongside that of MS, he has successfully grown his department, while also managing the overall firm’s expansion plans – including its head office expansion into Linden House in Banbury, the refurbishment of its Bicester office, the opening of the Brackley office and its recent move to prestigious offices in the Old Town Hall, Buckingham.
Commenting on his new role, Woods said: “I have a huge amount of respect for all that David has achieved for the firm, and as the new Managing Director, I am excited to be building on the success of the last 16 years. We have an incredible team of talented people at Spratt Endicott, who work together to achieve great things for our clients. I am proud to have this opportunity and look forward to our future.”
