Oxfordshire: Hedges Law announces key appointments
Oxfordshire legal firm Hedges Law has announced two key appointments as it boosts its team. Prisca Bradley joins Hedges Law as head of employment and Mike Cooper joins the firm's commercial property department.
Experienced employment lawyer Prisca Bradley joins Hedges Law as a director and head of the firm's growing employment team. She has a particular interest in discrimination and whistle-blowing matters and safeguarding advice for education clients. Bradley is a skilled negotiator and litigator and provides consistent and pragmatic support for her employer clients. She is a regular speaker on BBC radio and her articles have been published in national journals.
Mike Cooper joins the commercial property team from the legal team at Bicester Village where he specialised in high-end retail property transactions and advised on property portfolio management.
He has extensive experience in all areas of commercial property law, including negotiating leases for both landlords and tenants, property finance, freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial and residential property development, renewable energy, property
asset portfolio management and advising on the property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions.
Cooper has particular expertise in acting for the retail sector, both for tenants in their roll-out programmes and for large landlords in letting out their portfolios, including charities, national supermarket operators and high-end luxury retailers.
He qualified as a solicitor in 2000, practising in Tier 1 law firms in the City of London, and prior to his role at Bicester Village he was an established Oxford commercial property lawyer who has been consistently recommended by The Legal 500.
Hedges Law has offices in the centre of Oxford and in Wallingford.
