Oxfordshire: VSL tops sales and lettings, data shows
VSL & Partners is the top property agency in Oxford and surrounds, according to data compiled by CoStar.
The latest statistics from CoStar, the leader in commercial property information, show that VSL has completed 17 office deals (sales and lettings) in 2017, way ahead of the next best agent, Carter Jonas with nine. In square footage, VSL completed 54,272 sq ft of office deals, ahead of Carter Jonas at 54,067.
In industrial sales and lettings, VSL once again comes out on top. It completed eight deals with a total sq ft of 32,942. Carter Jonas once again came in second place, with four deals and 24,056 sq ft.
The CoStar data, in association with The Business Magazine, forms part of the collation of statistics for the Thames Valley Property Awards, which took place at Ascot Racecourse.
VSL was one of five finalists in the deals section of the Industrial/Logistics Consultancy of the Year category at the Thames Valley Property Awards.

In 2017 VSL was ranked as Oxfordshire’s most active agent and dealmaker of the year by EGi – a title it has held for the last eight years.
Established in 2002 with a team of 10, the Kidlington-based firm now employs the largest commercial property agency team in the area. The team has representation on around 40% of deals completed across central Oxford and the A34 ‘Innovation Knowledge Corridor’.
Recently the firm became an ambassador partner for Experience Oxfordshire, the destination management organisation for the county.
