Poole: Expansion of land law team at Humphries Kirk
Humphries Kirk’s offices in Parkstone and Poole have expanded the residential and commercial property teams with two new members of staff.
Joanne Mitchell, solicitor in the firm’s Parkstone office, specialises in residential property. After qualifying as a solicitor in 2007, she has worked in the property field since 2009. Joanne worked as a residential property solicitor in London from 2012 until recently making the move to Dorset. Joanne enjoys hiking, traveling and walking her dog.
Mitchell commented: “I’m really thrilled to be joining Humphries Kirk, the team have already been so welcoming and I’m looking forward to meeting new clients and building up a good working relationship with the local estate agents.”
Anna Zeeva, associate solicitor based in the firm’s Tower Park office, specialises in different aspects of commercial property including mortgages, self-invested pension schemes, landlord and tenant transactions and acquisition of leases. In her spare time, she is a keen runner and traveller.
Zeeva added: “Having worked in the banking and finance sector for more than seven years, and since qualifying as a solicitor in 2013, I am keen to bring a business and finance perspective to commercial property transactions.”
Howard Yarnold, partner and head of land law, commented: “We are pleased to welcome both Joanne and Anna as part of our expanding property team. Their varied previous experiences will no doubt be of great benefit to our clients, as well as supporting our internal teams.”
